Network Marketing Tips to Help With Business Growth

Today I want to share a message. It’s something that someone who had also made millions of dollars in the Direct Sales industry shared with Gregg and I.
That message was this…
Stay in Phase 1 Stay in Phase 1 STAY IN PHASE 1
This always resonated with me. “You have always got to stay in phase 1”.
What do you mean by that?
You always have to be in a place where you are introducing brand-new people to your business and introducing brand new people to your products or service. When you get to a place where you’re not introducing new people into your business, your business will begin to go backwards.
Gregg and I have earned millions in this industry, and we’re still introducing brand-new people into the opportunity.
If you’re also finding that you’re in a place where it’s difficult for you to recruit new individuals into the business, don’t worry, just continue to be a product of the product and share as much as possible in terms of how the products have benefited you and how they can benefit others.
If you apply the very basic principles to building your business, such as this, remain consistent you’ll find that you’ll be able to build a very lucrative and a very strong business in this industry.
Here are three things that I typically share. There are 3Rs to network marketing.
These are the principles I live by with the building my business. Again, they are Retail, Recruit and Residual.
It is very important that you apply the first two, retail and recruit, then you teach your team. You have to teach your team how to do the same. If you focus on these two, teach and duplicate them with you team the residual will fall into place.
Couple words on Team Building.
In the direct sales industry, when building a team you always want to pay close attention to your legs of business. You’ll find that the legs of business that grow eight levels deep will be the legs that will typically take off by themselves. Those are the legs that generally will go to the six-figure or to the seven figures mark.
Eight levels deep, what that means is you have personally recruited someone, that person has recruited someone, that person has recruited someone, that person has recruited someone, that person has recruited someone – that’s five levels. Then that person has recruited someone, that person has recruited someone, and that person has recruited someone. You’re talking about eight different levels.
The main point is to make sure that you are Retailing and Recruiting and teaching your team how to do the same. As you retail and recruit the residual will fall in place and you will be able to build a very lucrative business in your network marketing company.
Also, never stop dreaming. Dreaming and taking action towards that dream will make everything line up. When you see yourself being able to do things you couldn’t do before and start taking action towards it, the recruiting will happen and the retail will happen. Make sure that you set goals. They’re very important.
I want to share this with someone. It’s something that we typically hear. You always hear this and I’ll close with this. I want you to look at your personal production and see how your personal production is lining up. If it’s not lining up, then your people are going to do what they see you do. They are going to follow suit. So you be the first to start the movement and your people will get involved.
